Split across two levels, Brompton Asian Brasserie by Novikov provides a dining experience for all. The ground floor dining room is light and airy, perfect for a quick business lunch or a casual dinner with friends and family. Guests can view the theatre of the open-to-view kitchen, where highly trained chefs use the robata grill to create the perfect US grain fed hanger steak with Thai black peppercorn sauce and spicy miso baby chicken.
The daily specials board is on clear display in addition to a parade of fresh produce including lobsters, crabs, fish and seasonal vegetables. There is a semi private alcove located discreetly towards the back of the restaurant, seating up to 20.
